Job summary

MTrec Limited is recruiting a Tele Researcher on a full-time, temporary basis. You will contact the general public to complete surveys and strive to hit daily and weekly targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will follow safeguarding and support processes to ensure actions align with policy and provide reliable information for clients. The role requires outbound calling experience and strong communication, with a professional, proactive attitude.

Working Hours;

• 37 hours a week (Mon-Fri 09:00-20:00, shifts are during these hours over 4 days. Possible overtime on Saturdays)

The Company you will be working with;

MTrec Recruitment are currently supporting our highly established client on their search to appoint a Tele Researcher on a full-time, temporary basis.

The Role you will be doing;

• As a tele researcher, you will be responsible for contacting the general public to complete a survey.
• You will be accountable for achieving daily and weekly targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• You will be entrusted in collecting the information for the survey accurately to ensure we deliver the best possible service for our clients.
• You will be required to follow safeguarding and support processes to ensure that appropriate action is taken in line with policy and procedure.
