Job summary

MTrec Recruitment are supporting an established client in their search to appoint an Outbound Market Researcher on a full-time, temporary basis. If you have the required skills and experience, you will contact the general public to complete surveys and contribute to high-quality client insights.

Working hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday, with a 4-day week arrangement and no weekend work. The role offers an immediate start date, optional overtime, and a healthy work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Contact the general public to complete surveys via outbound calls.

The Role you will be doing;

• As a tele researcher, you will be responsible for contacting the general public to complete a survey.
• You will be accountable for achieving daily and weekly targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• You will be entrusted in collecting the information for the survey accurately to ensure we deliver the best possible service for our clients.
• You will be required to follow safeguarding and support processes to ensure that appropriate action is taken in line with policy and procedure.
