Technology support is at the heart of the role. Youll help colleagues with day:to:day technology issues, coordinate support requests and work closely with our external IT provider to ensure services run smoothly across the College. Youll enjoy investigating problems, finding solutions and delivering a professional, customer:focused service.
Alongside this, youll gain exposure to areas including Power BI, advanced Excel, data quality, reporting, databases, T:SQL, digital learning technologies and automation. We will provide training and support for the right person. What matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering excellent support.
