Job summary

Huntress in Horsham is seeking a Technology Officer to bridge technology and people within the Operations team. You will support stakeholders, deliver training, and help users get the most from their systems.

This permanent, full-time role offers £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience and a mix of office-based and hybrid work after probation. Strong Excel, communication, and problem solving are essential.

  • Demonstrating systems to prospective stakeholders.
  • Helping test and shape new system enhancements.
  • Keeping training materials fresh, clear, and up to date.

Technology Officer

Horsham (Head Office) | Some UK travel required

£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Our client, a leading UK professional network, is looking for a Technology Officer to join their Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves bridging the gap between technology and people - helping stakeholders get the most out of their systems and deliver great outcomes for their clients.

If you're a confident trainer, a sharp problem-solver, and comfortable working with data, this could be the perfect next step.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting stakeholders with software queries, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
  • Delivering engaging training - face-to-face and remote - to non-technical users
  • Analysing and cleansing back-office data, including migrations
  • Demonstrating systems to prospective stakeholders
  • Helping test and shape new system enhancements
  • Keeping training materials fresh, clear, and up to date

Hours & working pattern:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week, full-time). Office-based, moving to hybrid working after a 3-month probation period.
