Rose Bruford College in Sidcup is seeking a Technology Support Officer to join our Student Records team. This role combines first-line technology support with opportunities to develop skills in digital learning technologies, data quality, reporting and process improvement.

You will help colleagues with day-to-day technology issues, coordinate support requests, and work with our external IT provider to ensure services run smoothly across the College.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technology support to colleagues and students.
• Coordinate support requests and liaise with external IT provider for smooth service delivery.
• Assist with Power BI, advanced Excel, data quality, reporting and automation as opportunities arise.
