Job summary

Rose Bruford College is seeking a Technology Support Officer to join our Student Records team in Sidcup. This role blends first-line technology support with opportunities to develop skills in digital learning technologies, data quality, reporting and automation.

You will help colleagues resolve day-to-day IT issues, coordinate support requests with our external IT provider and contribute to a professional, customer-focused service across the College. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience using Power BI, Excel, data quality and reporting.
• Ability to learn digital learning technologies and automation.
• Strong customer-focused service mindset.

Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum

Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

Rose Bruford College is seeking a Technology Support Officer to join our Student Records team. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines first-line technology support with opportunities to develop experience in digital learning technologies, data quality, reporting and process improvement.

Technology support is at the heart of the role. You'll help colleagues with day-to-day technology issues, coordinate support requests and work closely with our external IT provider to ensure services run smoothly across the College. You'll enjoy investigating problems, finding solutions and delivering a professional, customer-focused service.

Alongside this, you'll gain exposure to areas including Power BI, advanced Excel, data quality, reporting, databases, T-SQL, digital learning technologies and automation. We will provide training and support for the right person. What matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering excellent support.
