Job summary

• Technology Risk and resilience leadership in financial services.
• Experience managing regulatory, security and operational risk programs at scale.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK regulatory expectations for insurance and financial services.
• Strong ability to influence and communicate with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology and Operational Resilience Strategy across the organisation.
• Oversee Technology Risk, Modernisation and Change & Transformation Risk efforts.
• Maintain Information Security and Data Governance alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee Third-Party and Supply Chain Resilience and exit strategy planning.
• Lead Incident Management and Root Cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Provide risk reporting and insights to senior management and governance forums.
