AXA UK is seeking a Head of Technology and Resilience Risk to lead our technology risk and operational resilience strategy. You will report to the Director of Risk and work with senior stakeholders to ensure safe and sustainable execution of business priorities.

The role requires hands-on leadership of risk professionals across technology, change, and third-party oversight, with emphasis on risk-informed decision making and customer-centric resilience.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in technology risk and resilience across large organisations.
• Experience managing risk in financial services with regulatory awareness.
• Strong ability to translate risk into practical, business-friendly actions.

Aufgaben

• Lead Technology and Operational Resilience Strategy aligned with standards and IBS requirements.
• Manage Technology Risk, Modernisation and reduction of risk exposure across the estate.
• Oversee Change and Transformation Risk, evaluating impact of initiatives on resilience.
• Maintain InfoSec, Data Governance and GDPR compliance in risk context.
• Assess Third-Party and Supply Chain risks and establish exit strategies.
• Lead Incident Management, root cause analyses and lessons learned.
