Job summary

AXA Insurance UK is seeking a Head of Technology and Resilience Risk to drive the organisation's approach to technology risk and operational resilience. You will report to the Director of Risk, Governance and Conduct and influence senior stakeholders across the Line 1 Risk Leadership team.

Leading a dedicated risk team, you will shape risk frameworks, champion customer-centric thinking, and ensure risk decisions align with safety and sustainability while enabling innovation.

Qualifications

• Extensive risk and resilience experience in financial services.
• UK regulatory knowledge for insurance and financial services.
