Job summary

AXA Insurance UK is seeking a Head of Technology and Resilience Risk to lead the technology risk and operational resilience agenda across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Risk, Governance and Conduct, you will shape risk frameworks, drive maturity, and champion customer-centric thinking in technology, resilience, and incident response.

• Large-scale financial services risk management experience.

• Clear communication and reporting tailored for senior audiences.

• Lead Technology and Operational Resilience Strategy aligned to industry standards.
• Manage Technology Risk and Modernisation to simplify estate and improve outcomes.
• Oversee Change and Transformation Risk and perform impact assessments.
• Information Security and Data Governance including GDPR compliance.
• Third-Party and Supply Chain Resilience with vendor exit strategies.
• Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis with lessons learned.
• Risk Reporting and Insights to senior management and governance forums.
• Build Risk Maturity and Culture across AXA Insurance COO and risk teams.
