Job summary

AXA Insurance UK is seeking a Head of Technology and Resilience Risk to lead the technology risk and operational resilience function. You will shape risk frameworks, advise senior stakeholders and drive risk-informed decisions across technology, change management and third‑party oversight.

You will work with the COO and ExCom to embed a culture of risk maturity, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect customers while enabling responsible innovation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology risk and resilience within financial services or insurance.
• Ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical risk management frameworks.
• Proven track record in developing KRIs, risk monitoring and assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology and Operational Resilience Strategy aligned to standards and IBS requirements.
• Support the COO and executive teams with risk insights and governance reporting.
• Oversee risk in technology changes, transformation programmes and third‑party dependencies.
