AXA UK is seeking a Head of Technology and Resilience Risk to shape our risk management frameworks across technology, resilience, and change initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure safe, sustainable delivery while supporting innovation and strategic priorities.

You will lead a team of risk professionals, drive governance excellence and provide insights across cyber, data, and incident management to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive risk and resilience leadership in financial services.
• Experience implementing risk management controls and Information Security frameworks.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK insurance and financial services regulation.
• Proven ability to lead diverse risk teams and influence senior leaders.
• Strong governance, risk reporting and data-driven insights.

Responsabilités

• Lead Technology and Operational Resilience Strategy aligned to industry standards and IBS.
• Manage Technology Risk and Modernisation ensuring efficient estate and outcomes.
• Oversee Change and Transformation Risk; provide risk advice on initiatives.
• Drive Information Security and Data Governance with GDPR compliance.
• Oversee Third-Party and Supply Chain Resilience and exit strategies.
• Lead Incident Management, root cause analysis and lessons learned.
• Provide risk reporting and insights to ExCom and governance forums.
• Build risk maturity and culture across AXA Insurance COO.
