Job summary

Club L London is seeking a Technology Director to define and execute the technical roadmap, leading engineering, data and IT teams as part of a rapid growth strategy. You will collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to scale the ecommerce platform, uplift performance, security, and AI/ML enabled processes across the business while hands-on when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Technology Director or similar senior leadership in high-growth ecommerce.
• Experience scaling ecommerce platforms and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and security/compliance.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI/ML–driven tools to improve efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Own development and execution of the technology roadmap and budget.
• Lead day-to-day development and scalability of the ecommerce platform, website and apps.
• Drive platform security, uptime, performance and data privacy compliance.
• Foster innovation and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Operations and CX teams.
• Attract, retain and develop top technical talent.
• Oversee vendor relations and technology cost management.
