Job summary

The Financial Ombudsman Service in London is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to coordinate end-to-end technology change, ensuring governance, planning and transition into live service. You will lead cross-functional delivery across infrastructure, architecture, engineering and service delivery, maintaining clear ownership, dependencies and decisions.

You will work with product owners, business owners, project and change managers, technical specialists and third-party suppliers to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex technology change across multiple technical, operational and business teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for non-technical and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative work with product owners, business owners, project managers and third-party suppliers.
• Experience across infrastructure, architecture, engineering, application management, security, testing and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Technology Change Delivery across infrastructure, architecture, engineering, service delivery, application management, security, testing and support teams.
• Provide Delivery Assurance and Governance with clear ownership, dependencies and governance.
• Lead Service Transition and Operational Readiness to ensure live operation and post-implementation review.
