Financial Ombudsman Service is seeking a Business Change Lead to drive transformation across people, processes and technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, shaping programmes, and delivering meaningful benefits end-to-end while supporting the Modernising Redress agenda. Hybrid working with four days in the office every fortnight is available, and a competitive London salary is on offer.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record delivering transformation projects, especially technology; on time, on budget, with benefits realized.
• Excellent stakeholder management to influence at all levels across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience reporting to Programme/Project Boards and guiding governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead change opportunities across the organisation to improve customer and colleague experience.
• Shape and deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives using data to build business cases and realise benefits.
• Provide leadership, governance, and risk management across delivery teams and dependencies.
