Position: Technical Support Engineer (IBM iSeries or AS/400) - Global Software company

Company: Global Software company specializing in DevOps, version control, and security

Fully remote

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, used by organizations including NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

What does your day look like?

• Represent our client as the first point of contact
• Assist customers by demonstrating your expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues

Technical know-how:

• 5+ years in tech support
• Linux and Windows server experience
• Basic networking and shell scripting
