Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, used by organizations including NASA. You will provide technical support for their environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Representing our client as the first point of contact
• Helping customers by demonstrating your expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues

Technical requirements:

• 5+ years in tech support
