Position: Technical Support Engineer (IBM iSeries or AS/400) - Global Software company

Company: A leading global software company specializing in DevOps, version control, and security solutions.

Location: Fully remote

Are you experienced in supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments? Our client is a highly reputable software company, with clients including NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

Key responsibilities include:
