Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, used by organizations including NASA. In this role, you will provide technical support for their environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

Your responsibilities:

• Represent our client as the first point of contact
• Assist customers by demonstrating your expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues
