Position: Technical Support Engineer (IBM iSeries or AS/400) - Global Software company

Company: Global Software company - DevOps / version control / Security

Work arrangement: Fully remote

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, used by organizations including NASA. They develop innovative solutions in DevOps, version control, and security.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Representing our client as the first point of contact
• Assisting customers by demonstrating expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues

Technical requirements:

• 5+ years in tech support
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers
• Basic networking and shell scripting skills
