Position: Technical Support Engineer (IBM iSeries or AS/400) - Global Software company

Company: Global Software company - DevOps / version control / Security

Fully remote

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, with clients including NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, Tesla, and more.

In this role, you will provide technical support for our client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

What does your day look like?

1. Represent our client as the first point of contact
2. Help customers by demonstrating your expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and integration issues

Tech know-how:

• 5+ years in tech support
• Linux and Windows server experience
• Basic networking and shell scripting

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with PHP-related technology
