Fully remote position

Do you have experience supporting and troubleshooting IBM iSeries or AS/400 mainframe environments?

Our client is a highly reputable software company, used by organizations including NASA, Electronic Arts, Samsung, and Tesla.

Your role will involve providing technical support for the client's environment, working on both Linux and Windows servers.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Representing our client as the first point of contact
• Demonstrating expertise in IBM iSeries or AS/400 to assist customers
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting performance and integration issues
