Qualifications

• Strong grounding in IT networking and device troubleshooting.
• Experience in a help desk, customer service, or technical support environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Analytical problem-solving with ability to break down complex issues.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support calls and emails with accurate, timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot networking, device, software, and access control issues using root cause analysis.
• Document interactions and resolutions in CRM and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with regional teams, product testing, and development to escalate and resolve issues.
• Grow product knowledge through continuous learning and teamwork.
