Job summary

Black & White Engineering seeks a Regional IT Support Engineer to deliver a seamless IT experience across UK and international offices. You’ll provide hands‑on technical support, maintain secure systems, and ensure colleagues stay productive with reliable devices and responsive help.

Working with a global IT team, you’ll support end users, engineering applications, meeting room tech, cybersecurity initiatives, onboarding, and infrastructure projects, while delivering an excellent user experience

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or service desk in multi-site/regional offices.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure Entra ID administration.
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.
• Understanding of ITIL Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes.
• Knowledge of Defender for Endpoint and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2 IT support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and office tech.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage devices through Intune and Autopilot, including deployment, compliance, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Administer Azure Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues across locations.
• Support meeting room technologies and AV systems.
• Manage incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Provide onboarding/offboarding support and user access management.
