Job summary

Gallagher in Warwick, UK, is building its UK Technical Support team and seeks three Technical Support Engineers to be the first point of contact for customers and Channel Partners worldwide, troubleshooting technical challenges and delivering expert guidance.

You will work across networking, device, software, and access control, recording resolutions in CRM and knowledge bases, collaborating with regional and product teams to escalate and resolve issues while expanding your Gallagher Security

Qualifications

Strong understanding of IT networking and device troubleshooting.
Experience in a help desk or technical support environment.
Clear written and verbal communication with customer focus.
Analytical and structured problem-solving approach.
Team-focused with adaptability to changing priorities.
Knowledge of access control systems advantageous.
Eligibility for SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

Respond to technical support calls and emails with timely resolutions.
Troubleshoot networking, device, software, and access control issues using root cause analysis.
Record interactions and resolutions in CRM and knowledge bases.
Collaborate with regional teams, product testing, and development to escalate and resolve issues.
Build knowledge of Gallagher Security products and processes through continuous learning.
