Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Physical Security Systems Specialist to shape and deliver security across UK & EMEA locations. You’ll design, implement, integrate, and optimize access control, CCTV, and related technologies to protect people, facilities and assets.

You will collaborate with IT, Facilities, Real Estate, and regional teams to ensure projects meet scope, budget and timeline. Flexible/hybrid working is offered, with an expectation to be in London 3 days a week at minimum.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with physical security platforms and technology.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
• Knowledge of low voltage infrastructure and security networking.
• Strong communication skills across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and lifecycle manage regional access control, CCTV and intrusion systems.
• Lead regional projects ensuring delivery to scope, budget and timeline.
• Maintain site security documentation and system records.
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities and Real Estate to deliver scalable security solutions.
• Deliver end-user training on security systems and best practices.
