Radius is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join our Crewe team. You will triage and resolve customer technical queries, learning both software and hardware products and delivering clear feedback to clients and internal departments.
The role offers a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule in our Crewe office. You will manage CRM tickets, provide accurate account feedback, build relationships with internal teams, spot trends, and assist other areas during peaks.

The role of technical support advisor is really important to us. You will be responsible for the triage and resolution of customers technical queries providing feedback both to the client and other internal departments. Required to learn both our software and hardware products you will develop an understanding and the ability to analyse issues as reported.
