Radius Limited in Crewe, United Kingdom, is seeking a motivated inbound sales advisor to be the first point of contact for customers making inbound enquiries and to provide consultative, solution-focused support.
You will identify needs, refer customers to the most suitable products, and work with internal teams to ensure a smooth journey from enquiry to referral, while meeting targets for referrals and customer service.

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Crewe, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers making inbound enquiries, providing a professional and consultative experience while identifying their needs and connecting them with the most appropriate products, services, or specialist teams across the business.
Success in this role comes from building trust with customers, delivering excellent service, and generating high-quality referrals into other areas of the organisation. You will play a key role in supporting business growth by creating opportunities for our specialist sales teams and ensuring every customer receives the right solution for their needs.
