Job summary

TONI&GUY is seeking a Technical Stylist for our Croydon salon. Deliver bespoke hairdressing experiences, including cuts and colour transformations, within a dynamic team. You will consult with clients, build a loyal client base and stay aligned with the TONI&GUY standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shop floor hairdressing experience.
• Expertise in various hairdressing techniques, cuts and colours.
• Ability to translate client preferences into styles and outcomes.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver bespoke TONI&GUY experiences.
• Build and expand your client base while nurturing loyalty.
• Recommend colour services and promote product sales through knowledge of products.

Working Pattern - Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday) or Part time

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
• Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• We are looking for someone with two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
• Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
• Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
