TONI&GUY is hiring stylists all levels to join our salon team in a dynamic environment. With 3+ years of salon experience, you will deliver bespoke hairdressing experiences, including cuts, styles, and colour transformations for clients.

We offer a generous commission, ongoing training at our London Academy, 28 days holiday, pension, and staff perks. You will mentor apprentices and promote the TONI&GUY brand while building a loyal client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience on the salon floor.
• Ability to deliver precise cuts and styles.

Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday).

• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• We are looking for someone with three years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles
• Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long‑term relationships with clients
• Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
