Job summary

TONI&GUY in Oxford is seeking a Technical Stylist with 3+ years on the salon floor to craft cutting-edge hairstyles and colour transformations for clients. You will join a dynamic salon team and refine your hairdressing talents in a stimulating environment, where you can leave lasting impressions and create unforgettable client experiences.

You will work up to 40 hours per week across 5 days, with training at our flagship London Academy, a commission structure of 30%–35%, 28 days paid holiday

Qualifications

• 2+ years shop floor experience in hairdressing.
• Proven ability to perform a range of hair techniques including cuts and colours.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke TONI&GUY experiences through personalised consultations.
• Build and expand client base and loyalty.
• Recommend expert colour services and promote product sales via product knowledge.
• Mentor apprentices and uphold the TONI&GUY brand standards.
• Utilise academy training to advance hairdressing skills and career.

Working Pattern

Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday)

Note: Department to be amended depending which salon Oxford or Putney.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
• Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• We are looking for someone with two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
• Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
• Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
