Toni & Guy Reigate is seeking a talented Technician to deliver bespoke colour transformations and precision cuts for our clients. You’ll join a busy, creative salon team and have access to our renowned education programs to grow your skills.

You will build strong relationships with clients through personalised consultations, drive product sales, and mentor apprentices while representing the TONI & GUY brand with pride.

TECHNICIAN (REIGATE)

Begin an exciting new chapter with TONI & GUY as a Technician. Unleash your creative spirit and love for hair creating breath-taking colour transformations for our clients. Join our dynamic salon team and cultivate your talents in a stimulating environment, where you'll have the chance to leave a lasting impression and create unforgettable experiences for our clientele.

Schedule:

Full or part time up to 40 hours per week, the salon is open for 7 days a week (Mon - Sun)... Part-time option is also available.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI & GUY experience.
• Cultivate and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through in-depth product knowledge.
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI & GUY brand.
• Champion the Superbrand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.
