Qualifications

• 2+ years salon floor experience.
• Expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques (cuts, colours, styles).

Technical Stylist (REIGATE)

Working Pattern

Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday). Part-time option is also available.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
• Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• We are looking for someone with two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles.
• Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles.
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently.
