Job summary

TONI&GUY Oxford is seeking a Technical Stylist to join our busy salon team. With 2+ years on the salon floor, you will create cutting-edge hairstyles and colour transformations while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' salon floor experience.
• Proficient in cutting, colouring and styling techniques.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke TONI&GUY experiences through personalised consultations.
• Grow client base and nurture loyalty.
• Recommend colour services and drive product sales through product knowledge.
• Mentor apprentices and uphold TONI&GUY brand standards.
• Participate in the TONI&GUY training academy to advance skills.

Working Pattern

Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
• Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• We are looking for someone with two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
• Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
• Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
