Job summary

TONI&GUY is seeking a Technical Stylist with 3+ years on the salon floor to craft cutting-edge hairstyles and dramatic colour transformations for our clients in a vibrant London salon. You will join a dynamic team and develop your hairdressing talents in a stimulating environment, leaving lasting impressions with every client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience on the salon floor.
• Proficient in a variety of hairdressing techniques (cuts, colours, styles).
• Strong focus on client service and building loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke TONI&GUY experiences through personalised consultations.
• Build and expand your client base while fostering loyalty.
• Promote expert colour services and product sales with knowledge of products.
• Mentor apprentices and exemplify the TONI&GUY brand in the salon.

Working Pattern

Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday) or Part time

Note

Department to be amended depending which salon Oxford or Putney.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
• Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY

We're Looking for Someone Who

• We are looking for someone with two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
• Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
• Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
