TONI&GUY in the UK is seeking a Technical Stylist with 2+ years on the salon floor to create cutting-edge hairstyles and stunning colour transformations for clients. Join a dynamic salon team and hone your hairdressing talents in a stimulating environment with opportunities for training and career progression.

You will conduct personalised consultations, build a loyal client base, and promote products and colour services while mentoring apprentices and upholding the TONI&GUY brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years salon floor hairdressing experience.
• Expertise in a variety of hair techniques including cuts, colours and styles.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Working Pattern

Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday) or Part time

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• We are looking for someone with two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
• Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
• Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
