Job summary

TONI&GUY is seeking a Technical Stylist with 2+ years on the salon floor to craft cutting-edge hairstyles and colour transformations in a dynamic London salon.

You will work up to 40 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends, with a commission structure from 30% to 35% and access to our flagship London Academy education programs. Benefits include 28 days of paid holiday pro rata, a pension scheme, free haircuts and colour services, and staff events.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• We are looking for someone with two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
• Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
• Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long‑term relationships with clients
• Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
