This is a well-established mid-tier main contractor with a £100m turnover and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across London and the Home Counties. Over the past 18 years, the business has grown steadily through repeat business and client referrals, building long-standing relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
The company operates primarily within the residential and commercial sectors, delivering a mix of new build and refurbishment schemes. They are recognised for their technically robust delivery, structured systems, and low staff turnover, reflecting a strong company culture and genuine commitment to staff development.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager (M&E) to support and lead the M&E delivery across multiple projects.
The Technical Services Manager (M&E) will be responsible for the management and coordination of all mechanical and electrical services across a portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects, typically valued up to £25m. Working closely with the senior leadership, commercial, and site delivery teams, the role will span from pre-construction through to final handover.
The successful candidate will come from a main contractor background with proven experience managing M&E packages on new build and refurbishment schemes. They will be technically competent, organised, and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
