• Route works to maximise efficiency and minimise travel time.
• Balance engineer workload for strong utilisation.
• Issue complete job packs with RAMS, stock, and access details.
• Ensure engineers are briefed and equipped; communicate updates.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns in line with SLA; prioritise re-scheduling as needed.
• Track workload balance and provide performance data to Service Manager.
