Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call centre and/or customer-facing role.
• Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building with engineers and managers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple systems at once.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance visits.
• Manage field service engineers’ diaries and allocate work in line with targets.
• Take ownership of all return visits following an engineer’s initial attendance.
• Coordinate and schedule equipment or subcontractors per procedures.
• Assess priority, SLA, engineer skillset and location to make decisions.
• Log, track and support resolution of customer complaints.
• Carry out additional admin tasks assigned by the Manager.
