Position 1 Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to grow sales, develop distributor partnerships and identify new business opportunities.

Based in Eye, UK, the role covers managing distributor and customer relationships, driving growth, providing product training and sales support, preparing quotations, and monitoring market trends to spot new opportunities. A proactive, target-driven communicator with strong MS Office skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, organised and target-driven.
• Excellent attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office.
• A proactive approach with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop distributor and customer relationships.
• Drive sales growth and achieve agreed targets.
• Provide product training and sales support to distributors.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and support orders through to completion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Support trade shows and occasional distributor visits as required.
