2i Recruit Ltd is supporting a well-established business seeking a motivated Technical Sales Advisor. You will handle inbound inquiries, build relationships and advise on solutions to meet customer needs.

Based in Guildford, you will identify opportunities, prepare quotes, process orders and maintain CRM records while delivering a consistently high level of service. A target-driven mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide advice and recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Proactively follow up enquiries and quotations to maximise sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services where appropriate.
• Outreach to existing, lapsed and prospective customers.
• Resolve customer queries and maintain high service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
