Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Technical Salesperson based in South Warwickshire. The role focuses on growing sales across the UK and Ireland by managing accounts and developing new business, with a strong basic salary and an on-target 2% quarterly commission.

The position is office-based with regular customer visits and occasional supplier meetings in Europe and Japan. You will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and translate customer needs into technical

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales.
• Comfortable selling industrial products and solutions, such as instrumentation, sensors or components.
• Commercially driven, with the motivation to grow accounts and win new business.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer applications.
• Willing to travel to customer sites and occasionally overseas.
• Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales across the UK and Ireland through account management and new business development.
• Build long-term customer relationships and turn technical requirements into sales opportunities.
• Directly contribute to company revenue, customer retention and business growth.
• Office based in South Warwickshire, with customer visits and a company car provided.
• Occasional supplier meetings and training visits in Europe and Japan.
• 40,000- 50,000 basic salary plus 2% quarterly commission.
• Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm, with a Friday finish at approximately 1pm.
