Job summary

Osprey Engineering Solutions is seeking an experienced Internal Process Sales Co-ordinator to join their small, collaborative team. You will handle enquiries, quotes, orders, supplier liaison, and account management in a hands-on role blending technical sales with customer service and practical engineering.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and IT skills, with the ability to juggle multiple enquiries and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal or technical sales, preferably in valves/flow.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good IT skills and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales enquiries by phone and email to determine requirements
• Prepare quotations and process orders promptly
• Place purchase orders with suppliers
• Keep customers updated on pricing and delivery dates
• Follow up quotations and progress opportunities
• Manage key accounts with regular contact
• Resolve queries with colleagues and suppliers
• Interpret requirements to identify suitable products
