H Squared Talent Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a well-established engineering business in Carlisle. You’ll be the first contact for sales enquiries, keep the inbox organised, and ensure quotes and requests for diagrams and documentation are handled efficiently.

This role suits someone highly organised, with great attention to detail, comfortable with spreadsheets, and happy to be on-site daily. Full training will be provided, and experience in sales support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with production and manage non-technical customer queries.
• Maintain accurate records and support rollout of a new CRM system.

An established engineering business is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their fabulous team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills to play a valuable role within a busy sales function - no engineering knowledge needed, full training will be given.

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries, keeping the sales inbox organised and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. A lot of enquiries relate to the same job or project, so a key part of the role is spotting patterns, processing repeat quotes efficiently, and making sure the technical sales team’s time is spent where it matters most.

You’ll also handle requests for product diagrams and quality documentation, liaise with production, and manage general, non-technical customer queries, keeping accurate records throughout, including supporting the rollout of a new CRM system.

It’s a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of the business, and one where good organisation and attention to detail make a real difference.

The Candidate

• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing a high volume of tasks and knowing what to prioritise
• A clear, confident communicator, comfortable liaising with customers
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and databases
• Reliable, and happy to be on-site daily
• Previous experience in a sales support, admin or order-processing role is an advantage, but not essential - what matters most is your organisational ability
