Overview

We are now looking for a Technical Parts Support Operator to join this specialist machinery manufacturer. The prime responsibility of this role will be the optimisation and installation of specialist heavy equipment and the supply of technical support and training to customers in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer installation & training of new and used heavy equipment.
  • Performance monitoring and optimisation of agricultural and forestry product lines.
  • Provide technical support to both external and internal customer base.
  • Operator coaching & delivery of training.
  • Marketing and demonstrations of machinery and equipment.
Ideal Candidate Skills & Qualifications
  • Flexibility for extensive UK wide travel.
  • Exceptional operational skills, ideally on similar heavy equipment.
  • A technical aptitude with company products and control systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team dynamics.
  • Knowledge of modern IT systems.
Employment Details

Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week, 8am‑6pm with call outs on weekends). No Tier 2 sponsorship available. The role is based at home with UK travel.
