Job summary

Jago Consultants is seeking a Technical Network Consultant to install, support and maintain hosted telephony systems and enterprise networks. The role covers Avaya IP Office, WAN/LAN infrastructure, cable installations, and remote/on-site customer support.

Responsibilities include configuring SIP services, routers, and connectivity while managing Active Directory and Office 365 accounts. Travel to client sites is required; a company vehicle is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience with hosted telephony and IP Office.
• Knowledge of Office 365 installations and migrations.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, SIP trunks.
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange for customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, support and maintain hosted & Avaya IP Office, hosted telephony, LAN/WAN equipment.
• Design, install and maintain CAT5e, CAT6, and Cw1308 cable schemes
• Provide support on connectivity including PSTN, ISDN, SIP, ADSL, FTTC and Leased Lines
• Installation/configuration and fault finding of SIP services
• Configuration and maintenance for routers
• Provide Telephone/Remote and On-Site support for customer devices and related software, network servers, and storage
• Creating, amending and administering Active Directory/MS Exchange and Office 365 accounts for customers
