Position Overview

We are looking for a professional and dedicated Technical Manager in the U.K. to lead our local technical support team and drive customer success across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing both pre-sales and after-sales technical activities, providing expert guidance on SolaX Power’s renewable energy products, and ensuring the highest level of service for our distributors, installers, and end-users.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the UK technical support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and team growth.
  • Oversee technical support activities including pre-sales consultancy, after-sales troubleshooting, and on-site assistance for key accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and major partners to identify customer needs and provide effective technical solutions.
  • Analyze support data, identify product issues, and drive continuous improvement in service processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or engineering, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in the renewable energy industry, particularly with PV inverters, energy storage systems, or similar products.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to resolve complex issues and conduct on-site support and training.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills.
