Job summary

Brink’s is seeking a highly organised Technical Logistics Support to join our Technical Services team in the office. The role focuses on coordinating shipments, managing stock, and supporting equipment processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across multiple stakeholders, handle courier communications, and help with transportation planning and asset tracking to ensure SLAs are met and operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*–C) or equivalent.
  • Strong IT literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP and basic network setup.
  • Previous experience in a technical or warehouse/stores environment.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and dispatch of technical equipment.
  • Manage warehouse operations, ensuring organisation, safety, and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and oversee regular stock checks and asset tracking.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of parts and equipment in line with SLAs/KPIs.
  • Act as a point of contact for couriers and third‑party logistics providers.
  • Support transportation planning, including cost analysis and logistics solutions.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to resolve logistical issues.
  • Log faults and coordinate repairs for technical equipment (e.g., routers).
  • Assist with equipment configuration and repairs when required.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and decommissioning in line with health & safety policies.
  • Monitor stock at forward locations to support operational demand.
