Job summary

Brink’s is seeking an Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision making across our operational teams. You will work with stakeholders to analyse performance, identify trends and inefficiencies, and turn data into actionable insights to drive improvements.

You will deliver analytical support across areas such as Cash in Transit and Engineering, produce dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to translate data into practical recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in data analysis within an operational, commercial, or analytical environment.
  • Proficiency in handling, cleaning, and analysing data using tools such as Excel (advanced) SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI/analysis tools.

Operations Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision making across our operational teams. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyse performance, identify trends and inefficiencies, and turn data into clear, actionable insights. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical rigour with business partnering to drive continuous improvement and operational performance.

What we are looking for

Strong experience in data analysis within an operational, commercial, or analytical environment. Proficiency in handling, cleaning, and analysing data using tools such as: Excel (advanced) SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar BI/analysis tools (at least one preferred) Ability to summarise complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights. Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical and non‑technical audiences. Proven ability to influence stakeholders through evidence‑based insight. Highly inquisitive mindset with a desire to understand how operations really work. Desirable but not essential Experience supporting operational functions such as logistics, field engineering, cash handling, or similar environments. Exposure to performance management frameworks, KPIs, or operational forecasting. Understanding of continuous improvement or operational excellence methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in operations, process improvement, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of solving complex operational or business problems in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Experience with data analysis, process mapping, or operations management (industry‑specific experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and influencing without authority.
  • Self‑starter mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work quickly and effectively in high‑pressure, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
